Dance Nomads has the following policy regarding return shipments. Please read with care.
Article 1. General terms
Please, contact us at email@example.com before returning any product. Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by sending us the following information:
- Order number
- Description your problem in detail
- Upload of relevant photos
The return address is set by default to the Dance Nomads’ Suppliers headquarters (19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311). When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Article 2. Wrong Size
Dance Nomads provides you custom and personalised products. Because Dance Nomads products are made just for you, they are returnable only due to wrong sizes orders made by our suppliers. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size indicated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Dance Nomads’ Supplier facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Dance Nomads’ supplier facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
